2. Nominations & Fees
Is there any nomination fee for The Inspiring Minds Awards?
No. There are absolutely no nomination charges for any award category. We believe that true recognition should be earned by merit, not through financial contributions. However, please note that for physical award ceremonies, a small fee may apply to cover operational costs.
Can I nominate myself or someone else?
Yes, you may self-nominate or nominate another deserving individual. Please ensure all provided details are accurate, authentic, and verifiable. Any false or misleading information will lead to immediate disqualification.
Can I withdraw my nomination after submission?
Once a nomination is successfully submitted and enters the evaluation phase, it cannot be withdrawn.

How are nominations evaluated?
Every nomination goes through a rigorous two-level assessment process to ensure transparency and credibility:

No. Submitting a nomination does not guarantee recognition, certification, or an award. Final selections depend solely on the AI-based scoring and Jury recommendations. Only top-performing entries are recognized.
What happens if my nomination is incomplete or unverifiable?
Incomplete, unverifiable, or duplicate entries are automatically disqualified during the initial AI screening process. Please ensure all submitted information is supported by factual data.
How will I know if I am shortlisted or selected?
Shortlisted nominees and winners will be notified via an official email or phone call from The Inspiring Minds Team. Updates will also be shared on our official social media handles and the event website.
Can I request feedback on why I was not selected?
No. To maintain the integrity of the awards, the evaluation process is strictly confidential. Individual feedback or scoring details cannot be shared.

All decisions, AI scores, and Jury assessment outcomes are final and binding for all nominees. The results cannot be challenged.

Does participation guarantee media coverage or brand partnerships?

5. Event Rules & Legal Policies
Can awards or certificates be transferred to someone else?
No. All recognitions are strictly non-transferable and are awarded solely to the verified nominee or organization on the official record.
Can The Inspiring Minds change or withdraw an award?
Yes. We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or revoke any recognition or award if discrepancies, misrepresentations, or violations of event terms are discovered after the announcement.
What happens if the event or ceremony is postponed or rescheduled?
In the case of unforeseen technical, logistical, or natural circumstances, The Inspiring Minds reserves the right to postpone, modify, or transition a physical ceremony into a virtual format without prior notice. All participants will be promptly informed of any revised schedules.

How are The Inspiring Minds events funded?
Our events are successfully hosted through a combination of internal team member contributions (which cover 67% of the funding) and the generous support of external sponsors (which cover the remaining 33%).
What are the different sponsorship categories available?
We offer multiple ways for brands to associate with our events, including Title / Presenting Sponsor, "Powered By" / Co-Sponsor, Gold / Thought Leadership Sponsor, and Virtual "Swag Bag" / Gifting Partner.
