1. How does the judging process work?

Our independent and transparent judging system ensures credibility and fairness.

Judging Stages:

✔ Stage 1 – Eligibility & Screening:

• All entries are checked for eligibility, accuracy, and completeness.

• Any incomplete or invalid entries may be disqualified.

✔ Stage 2 – Independent Panel Review:

• Our expert judges review submissions anonymously based on the official scoring criteria.

✔ Stage 3 – Collective Evaluation & Shortlisting:

• The highest-scoring entries are further assessed and discussed.

• The shortlist is announced in April 2025.

✔ Stage 4 – Final Selection:

• The winners are determined through a final assessment.

• Results are kept confidential until the awards ceremony.

 

2. What are the judging criteria?

Each submission is evaluated using the following weighted criteria:

3. Who are the judges, and how are they selected?

Our expert panel consists of renowned HR leaders, workforce strategists, educators, and industry experts.

Selection Criteria for Judges:

✔ Minimum 10+ years of industry expertise in HR, workforce management, or education.
✔ Proven contributions to leadership, people management, or industry transformation.
✔ Strict neutrality to prevent conflicts of interest.

 

4. What is the deadline for submitting entries?

The last date for applications is March 30, 2025.

5. What happens after I submit my entry?

✔ Review and eligibility check.
✔ Judging process in March 2025.
✔ Shortlist announcement in April 2025.

 

6. Can I submit multiple entries?

Yes, but:
✔ Avoid duplicating the same entry across multiple categories.
✔ Tailor each submission to match specific category criteria.

 

7. What is the registration fee? Is it refundable?

✔ The fee varies by award category, Please check the respective page of the award.
✔ Non-refundable, regardless of the outcome.

 

8. Can I submit an entry on behalf of a client?

✔ Yes, with written consent from the client.
✔ Only the client’s organization name will be listed in the shortlist.

 

9. If shortlisted, am I guaranteed an award?

No, shortlisting does not guarantee an award. Winners are chosen based on final evaluation by the judging panel.

 

10. Can a nominee participate if they cannot attend the awards ceremony?

Yes, nominees can:
✔ Have a representative (family/friend) collect also the award.
✔ Request courier delivery of the Award Kit (additional charges apply).

 

11. Can I purchase additional passes for the ceremony?

Yes, extra paid passes are available for friends, family, or colleagues.

12. Will travel and accommodation be covered?

No, participants must arrange and cover their own travel and accommodation.

However, shortlisted candidates will be provided with discounted rates at partner hotels.

 

13. What are the rights of The Inspiring Minds regarding awards?

✔ Final decision authority: The Inspiring Minds reserves the right to withhold or withdraw awards if discrepancies are found in submissions.
✔ No liability for external circumstances: The Inspiring Minds is not responsible for force majeure events, including natural disasters, venue changes, or unforeseen disruptions.
✔ Right to modify award structure: Categories, judging criteria, and awards are subject to change at the discretion of the organizers.

 

14. Will there be photography and filming at the event?

Yes. By attending, you:
✔ Grant The Inspiring Minds full rights to use event photos/videos for marketing and media.
✔ Waive any rights to payment or royalties related to event media.

For concerns, notify event organizers in advance.

 

15. Can we sponsor the event?

Yes, sponsorship opportunities are available.

16. Will shortlisted candidates receive feedback?

No individual feedback is provided due to high entry volumes.

 

17. What happens if an awardee is found to have misrepresented information?

✔ The award will be revoked immediately.
✔ Legal action may be pursued for fraudulent submissions.

 

18. Can The Inspiring Minds cancel an award category?

✔ Yes, The Inspiring Minds reserves the right to cancel categories due to insufficient nominations or other valid reasons.
✔ In such cases, the entry fee will be refunded.

 

19. Is there an appeal process for judging decisions?

✔ No appeals are permitted. The judging panel’s decision is final and binding.

 

20. What if I have a dispute regarding the awards?

✔ All disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Kolkata High Court.

 

21. What is the dress code for the awards ceremony?

✔ Men: Suit or traditional attire.
✔ Women: Elegant formal wear or traditional attire.

 

22. Will meals be provided at the event?

✔ Yes, refreshments and lunch will be served.
✔ Special dietary requests (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.) must be communicated in advance.

 

23. What happens in case of event cancellation or rescheduling?

✔ The Inspiring Minds reserves the right to change the event date, format, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
✔ In case of cancellation, a refund policy will be communicated.
